Please join us on 2-3 November for the Marconi Society’s annual conference: The Decade of Digital Inclusion.  Our 2022 Symposium will be held virtually and is free to all.

With nearly half the world unconnected, it is more important than ever to make sure that everyone can benefit from the opportunities of connectivity.  The Decade of Digital Inclusion brings together technologists, policy makers and digital inclusion advocates to bridge the digital divide.

Program highlights include:
  • Vint Cerf of Google and Shamina Singh of Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth in a fireside chat about "Creating an Economy That Works for Everyone."
  • Sir David Payne of the University of Southampton will discuss "Bringing Digital Equity Into Tomorrow’s Technology" with Marconi Fellows Siavash Alamouti, Marty Cooper, Taher Elgamal and Henry Samueli.
  • Vint will also lead a globally-oriented panel called “How Do We Define Broadband,” including Christophe Diot of Google, Mei Lin Fung of the People-Centered Internet and Matt Rantanen of the Southern California Tribal Chairmen's Association.
