From May 2010 to December 2010, he collaborated with SELEX GALILEO (Finmeccanica company leader in defense electronics markets, specialized in airborne mission-critical systems), at the University of Pavia, as developer of IDL algorithm with the aim to concept-proof a novel technique in GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator).

From November 2010 to present day, he is attending a Ph.D. at the University of Pavia, Italy, where his current research interests are on image processing on Inverse SAR signal with the aim to develop algorithms for target identification in air-to-air radar images. The Ph.D career is sponsored by SELEX GALILEO and CRR (Centro Ricerche Radar).
